This is an explanatory letter to the processes of development / refinement of software (Web resources) in the company WebProduction.
Once the written or oral agreement on the development / refinement Web resource and approving the terms of reference (optional), the whole process of work is divided into tasks that are put directly to the developers of the company.
All tasks for each project is uniquely committed to the project management system – Redmine (https://redmine.webproduction.com.ua), which is located on the servers of the company WebProduction. This is done in full control of the progress of works and removal of the disputed points in the process of implementation.
The placement and formulation of the task in Redmine can be done:
- by manager of the company WebProduction based on interpretation of customer orders in written form;
- by responsible person designated by the Customer
The customer may designate for each project only one contact person (optional), for which granted access to the project management system – Redmine.
Important: absolutely any task from the Customer will be fixed in Redmine.
